Ashtanga Yoga Classes

Primary and Intermediate sessions are currently being offered in Purcellville, Virginia. This class is for practiced students currently studying the Primary and Intermediate series. It is a very safe and supportive environment where students can explore their practice and also be challenged by variations given to expose students to the more difficult postures. Students who have become comfortable with the series will be able to begin participating in this class immediately.
